If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery. You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, and our team will help guide you through the process to make everything simple and stress-free. Return Shipping

After your return has been approved, FoldPeak will cover the return shipping cost. A prepaid shipping label will be provided together with detailed return instructions. Please make sure the item is safely repackaged in its original packaging to help prevent damage or loss during transit.

Items Returned Without Authorization

Returns sent without prior approval or without using the provided return shipping label may be declined and returned to the sender. Following the return instructions carefully helps ensure your return is received and processed correctly for a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fees will be charged for returned items.

What’s Refunded

Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to make sure it meets our return eligibility requirements. If the item passes inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund Eligibility

Late Refunds

We will investigate the issue with our payment providers and keep you updated throughout the process to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may apply. If this happens, you will be informed before the refund is issued. Examples include:

The item is returned with visible signs of wear, damage, or use that reduce its resale condition.

Missing accessories, manuals, original packaging, or important parts from the returned item.

Returns requested after the 30-day return period that may still qualify for limited refund consideration.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or version of an item, we recommend returning the original product first and then placing a new order for the preferred item. At this time, FoldPeak does not offer direct exchanges in order to keep all orders and returns processed accurately and efficiently.
