1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
2. How long does shipping take?
Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6 to 9 business days, depending on your location and the courier.
3. How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 38 hours to appear.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and debit or credit cards.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before shipment. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are not possible.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
We are responsible for return shipping costs
8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original product and place a new order.

12. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom and do not offer international delivery.
